Getting reviews on social media platforms such as Facebook is a critical part of your business social media management plan. There are two different ways to post a review on a company’s Facebook page. You can either click on the review link provided by the company.

You can find the company by performing a search on Facebook for the company and once you find it, click on the Reviews tab on the left-hand menu.
1) Click on the link provided by the company. The company’s review page appears.
a. Click the stars under the “Tell people what you think field.” Facebook opens a Review window.
b. Write your comments in the “Tell people what you think about the company” field. The comment must be at least 50 characters long to post it.
c. Click the Done button and the review now appears on the company’s page.
